G.1Inputs and Sources

Three programs carry the plan's arithmetic: plate_model.py follows a diner's dollar through a stall, succession_lab.py follows a hand-over month by month, and funding_model.py follows the plan's own money for twenty years. This section lists every parameter they hold, read from the code itself, so nothing here can drift from what the models use.

The table is built by reading each model's constants, its rates and settings, the defaults of its functions and, where a function keeps a number to itself, the literal in its source. A check fails the build if any constant in the three programs is missing from it. The sources are those the code names; the full citations are in Sources. g1-parameters.csv

Long values are cut at about sixty characters in print; the download holds them whole. A PARAMS entry marked derived and holding a list (the operating and programme budgets) is computed from the ledgers (the plan's year-by-year cost tables) in G.4, The Funding Ledgers. The models are tied together: the funding model checks its match costs against plate_model and its first-loss reserve (money set aside to cover the first losses if a successor fails) against succession_lab each time it runs.

The cases are John's single-handed stall, Ah Kow's queue and Nurul's landing stall; every input in which they differ from the tendered archetype (a typical stall of one type) is an assumption calibrated to the prologue (D.4, F.3). g1-stall-inputs.csv
