The plate since 2012, as published: 666 values in 196 series from 97 sources, of which 469 are official, 150 derived and 47 assumptions. They are kept in data/curated/series.csv, one row a value, each with its unit, its mark, its source and a note.
D.5.4, The Plate Over Time: How a Stall's Costs Changed, 2013–2026 tells the story these numbers carry, and the layers table in F.4, Data & Downloads dates every layer between the State and the wok since 1966; neither is repeated here. This section prints the annual values of four groups, rents, fees, prices and real sales, with each value's mark as a letter. Three NEA rent measures sit side by side and must never be drawn as one line. The full file adds item prices, the household surveys, the F&B industry's books and the scheme counts, and keeps months and ranges as published. g8-series.csv
