§5.3Opt-In Customer Benchmarking

Stalls that want customer feedback can have it – on their own terms. A stall may display a Seed Bank QR collecting structured feedback; the data belongs to the hawker first, arriving as a private monthly digest. Aggregates are published only with the stall's consent, and no cross-stall comparison exists anywhere in the system. The Seed Bank's analyst reads consented aggregates for one purpose: spotting where a Fellowship clinic or Corps support would help. Feedback is a gift the stall solicits, not a sensor the institution installs.

This is a working paper for public discussion. Every number in it is an invitation to improve it. Corrections and better data are welcome.
