§5.4Graduation Validation
Apprentice graduation carries a two-key test, because the apprentice signed up to be measured: (1) a Taste Council verdict of at least "Yes – worthy of the name" on the full documented menu, and (2) a four-week public service trial at the master's stall on his relief days, sustaining a customer rating of ≥4.2/5 from voluntary feedback cards. Rigour applied to volunteers who sought the standard is mentorship; the identical instrument imposed on working stallholders would be surveillance. The whole of Part V lives on the right side of that line.
