Proposals · Part III · The Culinary Seed Bank
The Graduate Landing Package
Every graduate gets a stall, 24 months of discounted rent, financed equipment, an income floor and mentoring, at about $20,000 per graduate.
- PHILANTHROPY-FUNDED · ≈$20,000 PER GRADUATE
- BUILDS ON · INCUBATION STALL PROGRAMME
The stall comes through ballot priority or a Heritage Anchor placement, at band rent minus a 30% heritage subsidy for the first 24 months. Equipment is financed lease-to-own up to $25,000 through a partner financier, with the Seed Bank guaranteeing 50% first loss. Monthly net income is topped up to $2,800 in months 1–24, capped at $1,000 a month, alongside a monthly Master Fellow clinic and 12 free Relief-Corps days in the first two years. It answers the HDP record of 566 trained, 120 through apprenticeship and only a handful still at the wok.
