Opt-in customer benchmarking
Stalls that want customer feedback can display a Seed Bank QR code; the data belongs to the hawker, and stalls are never compared.
Feedback arrives as a private monthly digest to the hawker. Aggregates are published only with the stall's consent, and the Seed Bank's analyst reads consented aggregates only to spot where a Fellowship clinic or Corps support would help.
Who pays
The library gives this mechanism no who-pays tag of its own.
Who gains
- Hawkers
- Customer signal on their own terms; the data belongs to the hawker first (§5.3).
