Graduates master the documented tradition first; peer-reviewed innovations then enter a separate layer of the repository, and nothing is mandated.
Certified innovations are peer-reviewed by Master Fellows and food historians into a distinct layer of the repository. A family recipe is one lineage within a tradition, never its single official version. Hawkers outside the Seed Bank remain free to innovate or ignore it entirely, the plan's anti-museumification guarantee.
